BlueSteps, the leading resource for executive career strategies, started with the challenge of maintaining an over engineered system of interconnected third party tools and integrated systems.

Over the years we have chipped away at a decade of technical debt, improving the cost of maintaining their custom platform while increasing the efficiency of the system’s administration. We have also worked with Glenda, Arthur and the BlueSteps team to reduce the touch points with costly providers, migrated to the cloud and transitioned to more modern frameworks to ensure the platform's longevity.

Boyden World Corporation, a world leader in executive search placement, has trusted us with their business platform for nearly 15 years. When we first started we our relationship we inherited a client-server model system which was quickly adapted to a custom web-based interface.

Over the years, in working with Breck, Adam, Peggy and the BWC team we have added invoice collection, currency conversion, detailed and dynamic reporting, automated syncing with external systems and thousands of small enhancements, while maintaining the core services of the platform and keeping within the budgets.

Over 4 years ago we were referred by one of our trusted vendors to assist Advanced Architectural Grilleworks with a new web presence.

Over the years we have worked with Dan and the AAG team building custom tools for both customers and the back office. Helping them streamline their quote process, create dynamic specification documents and are currently working on implementing ecommerce features to grow their business opportunities.

Back in 2015, the Davette and the Central Kentucky Community Foundation approached us with their growing problem of facilitating the awarding of hundreds of thousands of dollars in scholarships.

We met the challenge and developed a custom application that handles the many facets of the scholarship process including the student application, counselors entering grades and standardized testing scores, reviewers scoring the applications based on specific criteria, while administrators and scholarship stakeholders oversee the entire process. The system has grown to meet the changing demands of all involved in the process and is a driving force in the success of the Central Kentucky Community Foundation.

When we first started working Olena and the team at the AESC the complexity of their systems was a burden on their business. The maintenance of the complexity drastically slowed their growth in terms of new functionality they could offer their users. Over the past 5 years we have greatly simplified their systems, migrated to the cloud, integrated with Salesforce and delivered better experiences to both users and administrators.

10 plus years ago we started working with Jennifer and the KATO team. We have released 3 major redesigns of their site to keep up with the ever changing landscape. Our role with KATO is a trusted technology advisor and problem solver.
